Q. What is your manufacturing process from start to delivery?

A: We only start your luxury perfume production once an order is received. Our expert perfumers hand-blend your niche fragrance, usually within 5 working days. For urgent orders, we deliver immediately with a note advising to keep the high-projection perfume untouched for at least 7 days for proper binding. Since we don’t use synthetic fixatives, our natural maceration perfume process is quick. Otherwise, we store the finished product at our maceration hub and deliver after 7 days, ensuring a premium, artisan cologne experience.

Q. Who owns and operates VLAKK™?

A: VLAKK™ is a registered trademark owned by an individual and exclusively operated by AWHAAN’S COSMETICS PVT. LTD., a trusted name in Indian perfumes and cosmetics.

Q. What does VLAKK™ sell?

A: VLAKK™ offers perfumes and cosmetics developed by experienced Indian perfumers. Our formulations are made without synthetic fixatives. Many customers find these products gentle, but individual reactions vary; some users may experience irritation or sensitivity. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, please perform a patch test or consult a healthcare professional before use.

2. Orders & Payments

Q. How can I place an order?

A: You can buy VLAKK™ perfumes online directly from our official website or trusted platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through secure gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected PIN codes.

Q. Is my payment information safe?

A: Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your complete card or banking details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q. How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are usually processed within 1–15 working days. Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A: At present, we serve customers only in India. We plan to expand to international perfume buyers in the future.

Q. How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive SMS/email updates with tracking details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the fragrance?

A: No. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for personal preferences or minor packaging variations.

Q. When can I return a product?

A: Returns are only accepted if: 1. The product is defective or damaged in transit. 2. The wrong product was delivered.

Q. How do I request a return?

A: Email us at care@vlakk.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos/videos.

Q. Who pays for return shipping?

A: If the product is defective or incorrect, VLAKK™ covers the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer pays.

Q. When will I get my refund?

A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Q. Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

A: Yes. If stock is available, we’ll arrange a replacement perfume. For higher-value products, you may need to pay the difference.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Q. What personal data do you collect?

A: We may collect your name, contact details, shipping/billing address, and browsing data (via cookies).

Q. How do you use my data?

A: To process orders, provide customer support, send perfume updates, and improve shopping experience. Marketing emails are sent only with consent.

Q. Do you share my data with anyone?

A: Never. We only share with trusted partners like courier services and payment gateways to complete your orders.

Q. How long do you keep my data?

A: Only as long as legally or operationally required, after which it is securely deleted.

6. General Policies

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Q. What happens if my payment is deducted but order fails?

A: Contact care@vlakk.com, and we’ll coordinate with the payment gateway/bank to resolve it.

Q. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

A: Notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We’ll assist with a return or replacement.

Q. What if I misuse or resell VLAKK™ perfumes?

A: VLAKK™ is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized resale.
