A: No. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for personal preferences or minor packaging variations.
A: Returns are only accepted if:
1. The product is defective or damaged in transit.
2. The wrong product was delivered.
A: Email us at care@vlakk.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and
photos/videos.
A: If the product is defective or incorrect, VLAKK™ covers the return shipping.
Otherwise, the customer pays.
A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
A: Yes. If stock is available, we’ll arrange a replacement perfume. For higher-value
products, you may need to pay the difference.
