Refund & Return Policy – VLAKK™

At VLAKK™, we value your trust and strive to provide premium quality perfumes and cosmetics. Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund process to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers.

1. Returns

  • 1.1 Returns are not accepted for reasons such as fragrance preference, personal liking, or minor packaging variations.
  • 1.2 Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • 1.2.1 Product delivered is defective or damaged in transit.
    • 1.2.2 Product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • 1.3 In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@vlakk.com, with the order details and photos/videos of the product/packaging.
  • 1.4 Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • 2.1 Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
    • 2.1.1 The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be
    • 2.1.2 The returned product has been verified by our quality team as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • 2.3 Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • 2.4 If the customer prefers, a replacement product of the same value or higher can be provided. For higher value items, the difference must be paid by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • 3.1 Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • 3.2 Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns, unless received defective or damaged.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • 4.1 Customers may be asked to ship the defective/incorrect product to our designated return address.
  • 4.2 If the return is approved, VLAKK™ will bear the shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
