Refund & Return Policy – VLAKK™

At VLAKK™, we value your trust and strive to provide premium quality perfumes and cosmetics. Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund process to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers.

1. Returns

1.1 Returns are not accepted for reasons such as fragrance preference, personal liking, or minor packaging variations.
1.2 Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- 1.2.1 Product delivered is defective or damaged in transit.
- 1.2.2 Product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
1.3 In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@vlakk.com, with the order details and photos/videos of the product/packaging.

1.4 Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
- 2.1.1 The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be
- 2.1.2 The returned product has been verified by our quality team as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2.3 Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
2.4 If the customer prefers, a replacement product of the same value or higher can be provided. For higher value items, the difference must be paid by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1 Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
3.2 Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns, unless received defective or damaged.

4. Shipping for Returns

4.1 Customers may be asked to ship the defective/incorrect product to our designated return address.
4.2 If the return is approved, VLAKK™ will bear the shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
